TREATMENT ISSUES

​At Moving Forward Counseling and Consulting, PLLC we work with a wide variety of treatment issues. We work with individual adults and adolescents as well as with couples and families to address the following concerns: 

Anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, boundaries issues and codependency, PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, grief and loss, blended family issues, addictions, women's issues, parenting issues, interpersonal skills, eating disorders, relationship issues, intimacy issues, sexual issues, trust issues, abuse recovery issues, trauma, cultural identity issues, and more.

Health Insurance

We accept a variety of medical insurances for outpatient therapy. The accepted insurances include (but are not limited to): Premera, First Choice, Aetna, Group Health Healthy Options, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Wellspring Family Services EAP, etc. Some insurances can be billed out-of-network.

​Due to demand, we have now opened up limited appointment times on Saturdays. However, appointment times are first come first serve so reserve your weekly time slots as soon as possible. Note: Also, for a limited time, we are accepting a sliding-scale fee structure for those without insurance that can not afford the full-fee for her services.
